Return Policy:
- Advantage Ear has a 100% Satisfaction guarantee of 30 days. Refund of purchase price less shipping and handling will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Product must be returned insured within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging along
with a copy of the original sales receipt. P&D Associates, Inc. will not be responsible for product lost or damaged in return transit.
- Product received after 30 day period will be treated under the terms of our limited warranty policy.
Limited Warranty Policy:
We will repair or replace unit at our option, without charge for a period of 90 days after purchase. After 90 days, repairs will be made including parts and labor, shipping, handling and insurance at a cost of $69.95 during the remaining warranty period.
The following conditions will void this warranty:
- Warranty registration was not sent in at time of purchase.
- The device shows signs of physical damage, water or liquids, dirt and debris.
- The device shows signs of tampering.
- The original 12 month limited warranty period has expired.
- Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. Original receipt or other proof of original retail purchase will be required for proof of ownership. P&D Associates, Inc. and its representatives or agents shall in no event be liable for any general, indirect or consequential
damages arising out of or occasioned by the use of or the inability to use this product. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all other liabilities on the part of P&D Associates, Inc. All other warranties including the warranty of merchantability, a fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by P&D Associates, Inc. or its designated authorized service center. The product must be accompanied by a copy of the original retail purchase receipt. If no proof of purchase is attached, the warranty will not be honored and repair costs will be charged.
